How did you get your work published?
In this day in age, self publishing is huge. Some writers don't agree with me on this. Yes, it is hard work. If you think writing is hard, publishing is harder. But, if I was given the chance to go back and try to publish traditional would I? No. Never. This book was my baby, I bleed into her, yes it is a her, and I wouldn't change a thing. (except for the editing in the first book)

Where did you come up with the idea to write Tormented Soul?
The idea for Tormented Soul began when I was very very young. Not so young that its literally impossible, probably nine or ten. A friend of mine showed me these incredible illustrations by an wickedly talented artist and I remember having the exact thought 'I'm going to write a book about those one day'. Jump ten years later and I'm writing about fae and faeries in a world I created that had been sitting in my mind all throughout high school.

How do you plan out a trilogy?
The only advice I could give to you is not to. When I started writing I didn't really plan to write a trilogy let alone a book. Things just snow balled to the point where I have no idea how the holy hell it happened. I highly recommend focusing on your first book. Know where you want to end, hell even start at the end, that way you get the reader excited.

Do you have any writing advice?
Write what you want to. Write what your passionate about because it will show. And don't give up.
If you want more advice (and by advice I mean me ranting about how difficult it is to write and the slow depression that creeps in between books) you can check out my blog which is here
